FinX is an empathy-building experience that helps innovative companies catalyze their design processes through a clear understanding of the consumer landscape. During this half-day experience, CFSI takes participants through the Los Angeles community, conducting the types of financial transactions that underbanked Americans face every day. Following the exercise, we’ll lead an interactive discussion and uncover valuable insights to improve strategy, community relations, financial education, and product design.
