Trust in financial services can be especially hard to establish with the business model relies on brokers/agents. Insurance is one such industry that has traditionally had an indirect relationship with most of its customers. This is beginning to change as some incumbents and many insurtechs are attempting to go direct-to-consumer with their products and services. Other industries have gone through similar transitions in recent years, including investments and mortgage lending. And like insurance, these two industries also have the added burden of selling complex financial products. This session will hear from companies from these industries that are changing the way they engage with their customers in an attempt to both better serve them and build greater trust.
