Strategy Manager, Wells Fargo Virtual Channels

Evan is a strategy leader for the Wells Fargo Virtual Channel’s contact center organization. Among their responsibilities, Evan and his team create strategies to deepen customer relationships, create new banker delivered advice offerings for customers, drive banker performance to new levels, and simplify processes.

Evan has been with Wells Fargo for 14 years and is based in San Francisco. Before joining the Virtual Channel organization, he worked on improving the bank-wide customer experience as a manager for the One Wells Fargo team.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Evan was a strategy and process improvement consultant at Bain & Company, CSC Index, and Ernst and Young. Evan has an MBA from Stanford University and a B.A. from Brown University.
