Marshall Sitten

Vice President of Communications & Service Design, Citi Community Development

Marshall Sitten is Vice President of Communications and Service Design for Citi Community Development, which works alongside municipal, nonprofit and community partners to develop programs that increase financial access, affordability and resiliency for vulnerable and underserved households.

In addition to his role at Citi, Marshall teaches a graduate course on service design at the School of Visual Arts, collaborates on service design research with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland, and is the co-founder and head of the NYC chapter of the Service Design Network.

Marshall completed his MBA in international organizations at the University of Geneva in Geneva, Switzerland, and received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park.
